1. Introduction

Welcome to Impactribe Ltd ("Impactribe", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including any subscriptions, accounts, and access to our jobseeker database. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

• "Services" means the Impactribe website, job listings, resources, and related features.
• "Subscription" means any paid access plan (e.g., 1 week, 1 month, or 1 quarter) purchased by a user.
• "Jobseeker Database" means our searchable database of registered jobseeker profiles for matching with employers.
• "Content" means any text, images, data, CVs, cover letters, and information provided by Impactribe or by you.
• "Employer" means a company or recruiter using our platform to advertise jobs or search the Jobseeker Database.

3. Eligibility & Account Creation

To create an account and use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Our Services

Impactribe provides:

• Curated job listings updated daily, filtered to remote, fractional, and impact-driven roles.
• Account features allowing you to manage preferences and your account.
• Inclusion in our Jobseeker Database for matching with relevant jobs/employers.
• Career resources, best-practice guides, and lived-experience content.

We do not guarantee that you will secure employment through our services.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Purchasing a Subscription

You may purchase a Subscription to access certain features. Subscriptions begin immediately upon payment.

5.2 Currency & Payments

All prices are shown and billed in EUR (€). Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. Even though Impactribe Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom, all charges will be made in EUR. Your payment provider may apply their own conversion fees if your account is in a different currency.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments must be made in advance via our secure payment provider Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge the applicable amount in EUR to your chosen payment method.

5.4 Renewals & Expiry

Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are cancelled in your account. If your subscription expires:

• Access to premium features will be removed.
• Your profile may be removed from the Jobseeker Database.

5.5 Refunds

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Jobseeker Database

When you create a profile and opt in, your details will be added to our Jobseeker Database.

You can update or remove your profile from the database at any time via your account.

We do not guarantee that you will be contacted by an employer, offered a job, or that there will be relevant job matches available during the time of your job search.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All materials on Impactribe, including design, logo, layout, graphics, branding, and code, are owned by or licensed to Impactribe Ltd and protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written permission.

7.2 Your Content

By uploading or submitting content (including CVs and profile details), you grant Impactribe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process your content solely to provide our services. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce job listings without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, or suitability for your purposes.

We are not liable for:

• Losses caused by employer actions or inactions.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Any indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months prior to the claim, where permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Breach these Terms.
• Misuse the platform.

You may close your account at any time via account settings.

11. International Users & Data Transfers

We operate globally but are governed by UK law. If you access our services from outside the UK, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

12. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or your account. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
